Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to manage various project-related tasks remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project accounting, including budgets, purchase orders, and change orders
  • Support projects from initiation to closeout and provide financial reports as needed
  • Maintain vendor compliance and manage aging, along with knowledge management and training materials
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a construction-related field is desired
  • Experience with accounting software and a minimum of 1 year in project administration or accounts payable
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio
  • Experience in construction management or real estate
  • Accounts payable and vendor management experience
