A company is looking for a Program Manager Tech 3.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute tests as the Experimentation Program Manager, including strategic planning and test designs
• Gather information from stakeholders to document requirements for new experiments and ensure proper posting of experiment readouts
• Review analyses of completed tests to guarantee result accuracy and deliver actionable recommendations to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of overall experience in the field
• Minimum 5 years experience with A/B testing platforms and toolkits
• Minimum 7 years experience with Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Azure Dev Ops
• Minimum 4 years experience in Online/Digital UX and eCommerce best practices
• No degree is required; a Digital marketing degree is preferred
