A company is looking for a Product Manager - Digital CX.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate understanding of customer needs and market opportunities
- Develop and execute the integrated product roadmap to achieve business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize the feature backlog
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience
- 5+ years of experience using Agile methodologies in Product Owner & Product Manager roles
- Knowledge of IT systems development strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Web and CRM platforms strongly preferred
- Experience in digital customer experience/success is preferred
