• Understand customer needs and map them to software capabilities
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and respond to RFPs
• Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer needs analysis and product demonstrations
• Experience in highly regulated industries is desirable
• Understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com
• Experience with Microsoft PowerBI is advantageous
