Patient Access Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Access Services Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs verification checks on health insurance coverage and obtains financial demographic information
• Enters verified insurance information into the computer and notifies nurses of any changes
• Acts as a liaison between verifications and reimbursement, providing information on insurance coverage and patient financial responsibility

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-3 years of relevant experience required
• Availability for Monday-Friday, with rotating Saturday highly preferred
• Imaging authorization experience highly preferred
• Experience working remotely highly preferred
