Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Specialist, Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Manager, Product Relations in developing product configuration frameworks and maintaining processes between Supply Chain Operations and Product Development
• Maintain product records across operations technology and ensure data integrity for business reporting
• Act as a subject matter expert on product configuration and customer experience related to supply chain workflows

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience in print production and/or materials kit production
• 3+ years of experience in project management
• Intermediate financial knowledge, including margin calculation and ROI analysis
• Experience delivering customer service to strategic customers
