Network Support Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ops Tech II to provide support and maintenance for DWDM networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, troubleshoot, and maintain DWDM and IP networks to ensure optimal performance
• Respond to network alerts and manage incident resolution within targeted time frames
• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate updates to customers regarding issue resolutions

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in managed DWDM network support and troubleshooting
• Experience with Ciena, Infinera, and Cisco equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment
