Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mission Success Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to portal functionality, API integrations, sensor capabilities, and data workflows
• Collaborate with the Head of Customer Success to translate customer requirements into actionable feedback for the engineering team
• Leverage expertise in intelligence analysis workflows to customize product solutions that align with customer missions

Qualifications

• Experience in maritime domain awareness, defense, or government sectors
• Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira or Confluence
• Knowledge of API standards, data visualization tools, or geospatial analysis
• Strong foundation in data engineering, software development, or related fields
• Knowledge of intelligence analysis workflows and platforms used by analysts
