Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality service while cross-selling products and services
- Resolve product or service issues and perform member account maintenance
- Offer first-tier technical support for electronic services and maintain member records
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial institution
- Minimum 1 year of call center, sales, or related experience
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and meet performance expectations
