Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to oversee and optimize the production of their Smartmast platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Smartmast production line, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards
• Collaborate with contract manufacturing partners to implement production changes, resolve issues, and optimize production processes
• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost, and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Systems, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, focusing on production line management and DFM
• Proven experience working with contract manufacturers and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, logistics, and supply chain management
• Experience in the production of ruggedized or maritime equipment is a plus
