Licensed Product Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Product Counsel for a 6-month remote project.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal guidance to Marketing, Creative, and Trust teams on various initiatives
• Review marketing campaign materials for regulatory and legal compliance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to offer coordinated legal advice

Required Qualifications

• J.D. and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• 5+ years of relevant experience in law firms, in-house legal departments, or government agencies
• Ability to distill complex legal concepts into actionable business guidance
• Familiarity with marketing and product development in technology or financial services
• Sound judgment and a proactive, collaborative approach to legal issues
