Lead Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Cloud Engineer to manage customer implementations and support virtual desktop environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Desktop as a Service through planning, design, implementation, and optimization
• Develop and maintain architectural standards and documentation while adhering to best practices
• Monitor customer service performance and troubleshoot issues as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Citrix certification
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combinations of education and experience
• At least 6 years of experience in virtual desktop infrastructure design and administration
• Proven competence with virtual desktop infrastructures like Citrix and Horizon
• Ability to work on a 24x7 on-call rotation schedule
