Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound calls to assist customers with their insurance needs

- Utilize provided technology and systems to facilitate the sales process
Required Qualifications
- Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience or two years post-secondary education
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required for bilingual positions
- Ability to work a full-time schedule including evenings and weekends
- Designated workspace free from distractions and high-speed internet connection
