Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, HR Technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead HR technology, systems, reporting, metrics, and analytics functions, setting strategy for HR data analytics and dashboards
  • Evaluate and oversee HRIS development, ensuring effective implementation of software and systems based on organizational needs
  • Drive improvements in HR efficiencies through the evaluation and use of technology, including automated services and digital initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science/information technology, human resources, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in HR technology/digital transformation, including 3+ years in a supervisory role
  • Working knowledge of HR data analysis, dashboards, and metrics reporting
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and reporting; experience using Power BI is desired
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and manage complex projects requiring cross-functional collaboration
