Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role in a commercial or manufacturing environment
- Experience in Organizational Development or Human Resource Management
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
