Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, HCS Operations Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage operational teams supporting care review, case management, and health management activities
- Evaluate team performance, provide coaching, and ensure ongoing staff training and development
- Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration to enhance continuity of care and maintain customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of operations or administrative experience in healthcare, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Experience in healthcare or health plan supervisory roles is preferred
- Managed Care operations experience is preferred
- Prior Medical Assistant experience is preferred
