Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day aspects of the Member Acquisition call center.
Key Responsibilities
- Train, develop, certify, and lead sales supervisors
- Oversee daily operations and key performance metrics of the sales team
- Ensure compliance with client rules, service level agreements, and operational procedures
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of successful sales management experience in a call center environment
- 2+ years of individual/family plan health insurance and Medicare sales experience
- Solid knowledge of CMS rules and regulations, as well as individual and health insurance plans
- Proven track record of increasing sales in a phone-based environment
