Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day aspects of the Member Acquisition call center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train, develop, certify, and lead sales supervisors
  • Oversee daily operations and key performance metrics of the sales team
  • Ensure compliance with client rules, service level agreements, and operational procedures
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of successful sales management experience in a call center environment
  • 2+ years of individual/family plan health insurance and Medicare sales experience
  • Solid knowledge of CMS rules and regulations, as well as individual and health insurance plans
  • Proven track record of increasing sales in a phone-based environment
