Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for prospective students considering enrollment
- Engage with prospective students through consultative conversations to assess needs and facilitate enrollment
- Manage and update prospective student information in CRM and collaborate with various departments
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of online admissions experience in a sales-oriented role
- Self-driven with the ability to make multiple outbound calls daily
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Salesforce knowledge preferred
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines as an individual contributor
