Director of IT Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of IT Operations & Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing IT team across various technical domains
• Define and execute a strategic roadmap for IT services, focusing on cloud migration and security enhancements
• Serve as the primary liaison for IT with executive leadership and manage vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Hands-on experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise security tools
• Expert-level knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365)
• Current industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, AWS/Azure certifications) are strongly preferred
