Key Responsibilities
- Support sales proposals, pitches, and solution presentations for CRM solutions
- Act as a technical advisor and assess client business requirements to recommend solutions
- Design and present demonstrations showcasing the value of the portfolio solution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or solution engineering role
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales or Salesforce preferred
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles with executive stakeholders
- Understanding of Agentic AI and its application in business solutions is a plus
