Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Administrator I to manage the legal contract process and support the legal team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage legal requests in Salesforce, including prioritizing and tracking assignments
  • Organize and maintain electronic legal files and fulfill requests for copies of contracts
  • Communicate with contracts managers and attorneys to facilitate collaboration within the legal team
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Experience in an administrative support role or in the technology, financial services, and/or payments industries preferred
  • Competence in using G Suite, Microsoft 365, and Adobe; experience with Salesforce is preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
