Key Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates through various methods including cold calling, networking, and job fairs to maintain a pipeline of talent
• Screen candidates using the HR system and keep it updated daily
• Manage search firms and assist with corporate training, employee development, and HR policy updates

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of recruiting experience with a solid performance track record
• Bachelor's Degree
• Good computer skills
