A company is looking for a Contract Administrator II to manage contract documentation and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and review complex sales contracts, Order Forms, and Statements of Work
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions, ensuring timely completion of contracting documents
- Maintain contract workflow, obtain electronic signatures, and manage internal contract distributions
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of contract administration experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of contract law and contract negotiations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, and Docusign
- Experience with software licensing and common contract negotiation issues
