Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Administrator II to manage contract documentation and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and review complex sales contracts, Order Forms, and Statements of Work
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions, ensuring timely completion of contracting documents
  • Maintain contract workflow, obtain electronic signatures, and manage internal contract distributions
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of contract administration experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and contract negotiations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, and Docusign
  • Experience with software licensing and common contract negotiation issues
