A company is looking for a Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist (Remote Work From Home).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality service to resolve loan problems and enhance financial relationships
- Assist with loan correction requests and perform loan adjustments in the system
- Educate callers on loan processes and maintain detailed knowledge of consumer loan products
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of one year customer service or contact center experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer and phone operating skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Must be proficient in relevant internal systems
