Computer Operator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Computer Operator to support an IT program for the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services Internal Service Desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve basic issues remotely through phone and email support, progressing to more complex issues after training
• Provide comprehensive support for incident and request resolution for end-users
• Document required information accurately in the ticketing system and maintain the knowledgebase

Required Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to type 35 WPM
