Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Order Representative (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and complete change order paperwork, ensuring accuracy of patient information and prescriptions
  • Verify insurance coverage, explain benefits, and process payments as necessary
  • Communicate with other departments to resolve patient concerns and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
  • High school graduate
  • A minimum of 2 years proven experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Home Health/DME related experience preferred; knowledge of insurances a plus
  • Education or experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a related field highly preferred
