A company is looking for a Change Order Representative (REMOTE).
Key Responsibilities
- Review and complete change order paperwork, ensuring accuracy of patient information and prescriptions
- Verify insurance coverage, explain benefits, and process payments as necessary
- Communicate with other departments to resolve patient concerns and ensure compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate
- A minimum of 2 years proven experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Home Health/DME related experience preferred; knowledge of insurances a plus
- Education or experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a related field highly preferred
