Job Summary
A company is looking for a Certificates Program Manager to oversee and execute operations for certificate programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of all program logistics from start to finish
- Coordinate logistics for certificate programs, including event planning and communication with stakeholders
- Work with program directors and other teams to ensure program quality and address any arising issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, logistics, client services, operations, or event management
- Experience in financial services is an advantage
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
- Demonstrable high-quality customer service experience
