Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certificates Program Manager to oversee and execute operations for certificate programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of all program logistics from start to finish
  • Coordinate logistics for certificate programs, including event planning and communication with stakeholders
  • Work with program directors and other teams to ensure program quality and address any arising issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, logistics, client services, operations, or event management
  • Experience in financial services is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
  • Demonstrable high-quality customer service experience
