Key Responsibilities
- Perform outreach to members and provide support regarding care plans and resources
- Serve as front-line support for member and provider inquiries and document member records
- Assist with member onboarding and maintain compliance with state and regulatory guidelines
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- 2 - 4 years of related experience preferred
- In-depth knowledge of care management support activities is beneficial
- Experience with administrative duties in a healthcare setting is advantageous
- Ability to comply with policies and standards related to member records
