Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mental Health Therapist in California for weekend and evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide diagnoses, assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals with OCD via a video platform
• Manage caseload and maintain timely clinical documentation using the EHR system
• Collaborate with a network of providers to develop and reinforce treatment decisions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Full and unrestricted license in good standing to practice in California (LP, LPCC, LMFT, LCSW)
• Master's Degree required
• At least 6 months of relevant experience with evidence-based therapies (e.g., ERP, CBT, ACT)
• Open to treating children and adolescents after completing specific training
• Ability to work in a confidential, private location with reliable internet access
