Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist responsible for full cycle HR tactics while supporting company goals and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support managers and employees as a point of contact for benefits, employee relations, and HRIS management
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding employee leaves and employment practices
- Assist with recruitment efforts and provide high-level customer service to internal and external customers
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in the Human Resources field preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Associate/Junior Generalist or Generalist required
- Bachelor's degree required
- Healthcare recruitment experience highly preferred
- Experience using HRIS systems and ATS, with Workday preferred
