A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst, HEDIS Data Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze the quality of HEDIS data inputs and support data processing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and implement process improvements
• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 3+ years of experience in a related field, or 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Proven experience as an Analyst in quality data management or a similar field
• Proficient in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
• Experience with data management systems and tools (e.g., SQL databases, ETL tools)
