Job Summary
A company is looking for an ASL Customer Support Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in ASL by addressing account-related and technical support inquiries
- Identify root causes of customer issues and collaborate with other departments to resolve them
- Document call details accurately and promote additional services to customers when appropriate
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate efficiently in American Sign Language
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role (preferred)
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple screens
- Experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, or connectivity issues (preferred)
