What You’ll Do:
As a Full-Time Remote Amazon Seller Chat Agent, you will be the frontline support for Amazon sellers, addressing a wide array of inquiries and providing expert guidance. Your responsibilities will primarily include:
Chat-Based Seller Support: Provide prompt, accurate, and professional assistance to Amazon sellers through real-time chat interactions. Inquiry Resolution: Respond to a diverse range of seller questions related to account management, product listings, order fulfillment (FBA/FBM), shipping, payments, advertising, reports, policy adherence, and general platform navigation. Troubleshooting & Guidance: Guide sellers through troubleshooting steps for common issues, provide clear, step-by-step instructions, and direct them to relevant resources within Amazon Seller Central. Policy Clarification: Clearly explain Amazon’s terms of service, selling policies, and best practices to ensure seller compliance and understanding. Problem Escalation: Identify and accurately escalate complex technical issues, policy violations, or unresolved problems to specialized teams or higher-level support when necessary, ensuring a seamless handover. Documentation: Meticulously document all chat interactions, seller inquiries, issues, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system or designated tools. Seller Education: Proactively identify opportunities to educate sellers on tools, features, and strategies that can enhance their business on Amazon. Feedback & Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes by providing feedback on common seller pain points and suggestions for enhanced efficiency or seller experience. Stay Updated: Remain current with all Amazon Seller Central updates, policy changes, new features, and best practices to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information. What We’re Looking For:

Exceptional Written Communication: Superior grammar, spelling, punctuation, and the ability to compose clear, concise, and professional chat responses quickly. Customer Service Acumen: Proven ability to deliver empathetic, patient, and effective support, even in challenging situations. Experience in a chat-based support environment is highly preferred. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to quickly understand seller issues, diagnose problems, and provide appropriate solutions. Technical Proficiency: High comfort level navigating multiple web browsers, tabs, and applications simultaneously. Proficient typing speed and accuracy. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot) or ticketing systems. Familiarity with the Amazon Seller Central platform is a significant advantage, but not strictly required; a willingness to learn quickly is essential. Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail in understanding seller inquiries and documenting interactions. Self-Motivated & Reliable: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage time effectively, and maintain consistent productivity in a remote setting. Adaptability: Eagerness to learn new processes, product features, and policy updates in a constantly evolving e-commerce environment. Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Some college coursework or a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
