Job Summary

A company is looking for an Acquisition Specialist Level III to provide acquisition and administrative support in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create requisitions and assist with procurement package preparation

  • Process invoices and maintain accurate financial and administrative records
Required Qualifications:
  • B.S/B.A in Business Administration or a related field with 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in accounting, acquisition, or purchasing
  • Ability to train and guide staff on acquisition requirements
  • Experience working in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe, and Google Workspaces
