A company is looking for an Acquisition Specialist Level III to provide acquisition and administrative support in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create requisitions and assist with procurement package preparation
- Track procurement activities and communicate with vendors and staff
- Process invoices and maintain accurate financial and administrative records
Required Qualifications:
- B.S/B.A in Business Administration or a related field with 7+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in accounting, acquisition, or purchasing
- Ability to train and guide staff on acquisition requirements
- Experience working in a team environment
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe, and Google Workspaces
