Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Resolution Representative II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and coordinating account resolution activities for a portfolio of approximately $375M-$500M
  • Research and resolve payer rejected/denied claims and analyze accounts for payment accuracy
  • Provide training and support to staff while monitoring workflow and productivity
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an Account Follow-up Representative I or 2 years in hospital patient financial services
  • Thorough understanding of healthcare revenue cycle functions and regulations
  • Certified Revenue Cycle Representative preferred within 180 days
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
