A company is looking for an Account Manager to develop client relationships and manage order inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Educate customers about products and manage order inquiries through the rental process
- Liaise with Operations regarding product availability and fulfillment logistics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university desired
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the event or hospitality industry in relevant functions
- Proficiency in IntelliEvent software and experience with CRM systems
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
