A company is looking for an Education & Development Specialist to deliver online instruction and prepare agents for virtual call center programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design class curriculum and prepare agents for project work
- Develop virtual preparation materials and assist with agent scheduling
- Document programs and provide results reporting to management and clients
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Education
- Teaching experience is essential, with 3-5 years in classroom or virtual training
- Strong organizational and independent work skills
- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Knowledge of call center processes is a plus
