Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Support, Response Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with delivery of safety services related to the Driver Assistance Program
- Evaluate each caller's situation and provide appropriate solutions to resolve calls
- Handle calls ranging from simple inquiries to emergency situations with empathy and care
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Prior experience with driver assistance programs is a bonus, but not required
- Must have a personal computer with Windows 11 operating system
- Broadband internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download speed is required
- Must have a wired USB headset with a microphone
- Smartphone or tablet is needed for authentication app installation
