Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Benefits Advocate to assist healthcare members with their benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and educate Managed Care members on healthcare decisions regarding Medicare and Medicaid
- Make and field calls to help members determine suitable benefits and assist with the enrollment process
- Collaborate with management to identify and resolve issues related to member benefits
Required Qualifications
- High School or General Education Degree (preferred)
- Experience with Medicare Advantage plan members and Medicaid case management
- Direct consumer interaction or sales experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred
- Ability to analyze and interpret benefit program criteria
