Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Benefits Advocate to assist healthcare members with their benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and educate Managed Care members on healthcare decisions regarding Medicare and Medicaid
  • Make and field calls to help members determine suitable benefits and assist with the enrollment process
  • Collaborate with management to identify and resolve issues related to member benefits
Required Qualifications
  • High School or General Education Degree (preferred)
  • Experience with Medicare Advantage plan members and Medicaid case management
  • Direct consumer interaction or sales experience is a plus
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) is preferred
  • Ability to analyze and interpret benefit program criteria
