Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Recruiter to assist with sourcing and onboarding efforts for various roles in Chronic Care Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and onboarding efforts for various roles
• Interface with both the business and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Implement effective sourcing strategies for recruitment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of previous work experience in recruiting
• Experience with high volume recruiting and agency background is preferred
• Knowledge of sourcing effectiveness, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment techniques
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Applicant Tracking Systems/databases
• Previous experience in healthcare recruiting is a plus
