- Assist with sourcing and onboarding efforts for various roles
- Interface with both the business and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Implement effective sourcing strategies for recruitment
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of previous work experience in recruiting
- Experience with high volume recruiting and agency background is preferred
- Knowledge of sourcing effectiveness, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Applicant Tracking Systems/databases
- Previous experience in healthcare recruiting is a plus
