Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reimbursement Specialist who will manage payer inquiries and patient eligibility for coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze patient benefits in coordination with internal operations and insurance providers
• Independently resolve coverage challenges and answer payer inquiries while maintaining compliance
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide reimbursement information and maintain accurate documentation

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management or insurance roles in a healthcare setting
• Experience using an outbound calling platform for external communications
• Ability to independently manage a case load and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs and ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently
