Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Service Delivery Lead (RSDL).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for Workplace and End User Run Services in the Americas region
- Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and lead the escalation process for high severity incidents
- Support and guide teams on improvement initiatives and manage customer relationships at the senior level
Required Qualifications and Education
- First Level University Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 - 8 years of relevant business experience in mobility and workplace services
- Experience in organizational change management and managing cross-cultural teams
- Broad knowledge of ITIL principles and service management
- Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual teams in a large-scale environment
