• Source and screen candidates using AI-powered platforms like JobDiva and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Leverage AI-based resume parsing, ranking, and matching tools to reduce manual work and improve submission quality
• Use automated outreach tools to increase candidate engagement and response rates
• Collaborate with delivery teams using real-time dashboards and AI-enabled reporting
• Work in US Eastern Time (EST) to support clients and hiring managers efficiently
• 2+ years of experience in US Staffing (IT/Non-IT)
• Well-versed in end-to-end recruiting, including AI-supported sourcing, screening, and submittals
• Knowledge of US visa classifications, tax terms, and compliance
• Comfortable with AI recruiting tools, automation platforms, and CRM/ATS systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a high-tech, performance-driven setup

Onsite: Kharadi, Pune

Remote: Must have a Windows PC and reliable high-speed internet

6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST (Eastern Standard Time)
