Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Quality Assurance Analyst II (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform independent testing and validation by writing test cases and conducting manual testing
• Source, compile, and analyze data for accuracy and efficiency, communicating findings effectively
• Contribute to risk management by conducting thorough quality checks of existing programs and procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of Quality Assurance experience in a Financial Services organization, or a High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of relevant experience
• Preferred certification: American Society for Quality (ASQ)
• Experience with Selenium, back-end web services testing, and user interface testing
• Familiarity with Database, SQL, SDLC, Agile Methodology, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
• General background in financial institutions and payments preferred
