Provider Network Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Network Coordinator I, responsible for maintaining the integrity of provider data in the database system.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of provider records in the database
• Collaborate with teams to complete credentialing and contracting for providers
• Research and resolve provider data inquiries while meeting established productivity standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
• At least two years of experience in a managed care environment preferred
• Experience using Cactus and Facets preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel required
• Knowledge of Medicaid & Medicare managed care preferred
