Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Operations Coordinator - Commercial Lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new business bind requests and agency bill renewals, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing team for proposal creation and documentation
  • Coordinate communication and workflow between the BSS, CSR, and Marketing teams to enhance efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years in a related support role within the insurance industry preferred
  • Valid Property and Casualty License (P&C) preferred
  • Experience as a Business Services Specialist or Customer Service Representative is a plus
  • Familiarity with Agency Management Systems (AMS) and strong data entry skills
  • Proficient in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
