Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Support agenda development and capture meeting minutes with action items and decisions
- Facilitate and coordinate program meetings and assist with program charters, plans, and timelines
- Track risks and action items, ensuring proper communication with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an applicable field (e.g., science, public health, business, or project management)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in portfolio, program, and project management support
- At least 3 years of experience in a biomedical, pharmaceutical, biotech, academic medical center, or health-related organization if the degree is not in a science-related field
- Operational program/project management experience for a federal agency is strongly preferred
- Experience with OTA is preferred
