Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of customer support and resolve product issues
- Undertake troubleshooting and investigations to identify root causes of technical issues
- Maintain customer relationships and manage incident tracking for accurate resolutions
Required Qualifications
- Experience with UNIX and Linux systems
- Proficiency in SQL
- Basic knowledge of networking and systems
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and API/REST clients
- Telephony experience is a plus
