Key Responsibilities
- Support sourcing and purchasing efforts across multiple departments
- Assist Procurement Analysts with day-to-day workload management
- Collaborate with legal, HR, and other stakeholders for compliant onboarding of external workers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant procurement experience
- Proficiency with Workday Procurement and ServiceNow ticketing systems
- Basic contracting experience; negotiation skills are a plus
- Familiarity with Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs preferred
- Ability to manage time independently while maintaining accountability to team goals
