Principal Technical Consultant (AI)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Consultant (Integrations/AI).

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with customers and configure ServiceNow Integrations to drive business outcomes
• Devise integration development plans and implement ServiceNow AI offerings
• Act as a subject matter expert to resolve complex user issues related to Integrations and AI solutions

Required Qualifications

• Active Security Clearance required
• At least 8 years of experience in configuration/development for integration technologies
• Maintain at least 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification
• Extensive experience with Integration Technologies and architecting systems integrations
• Understanding of AI Models, including Generative AI, and experience with ServiceNow's AI offerings
